Ordering

Docklight Single Computer License and cable products are available from the Docklight E-Shop of our distributor share-it! / Digital River GmbH. share-it! is the seller of the products and your contractual partner.

Docklight Company License Products are available directly through Flachmann & Heggelbacher by fax / mail purchase order only.

Please use the following ordering information:

Single Computer License

For online purchase of Single Computer Licenses, multiple payment options are available (credit card, wire transfer, check). You can print your own invoice directly after submitting your order.

For credit card payment, the Single Computer License Key is delivered by e-mail on order confirmation. For other payment methods, delivery will occur following receipt of payment.

Company License

The terms of a Company License differ from the Single Computer License Agreement and allow an unlimited number of installation on one company location. See the Docklight Company License (Template) for full details.

To order, send us a purchase order, on company letterhead by fax, postal mail or e-mail, to the address below. Docklight Company License products are not available from the share-it! E-Shop.

Single Computer License Purchase Order via 'share-it!'

Corporate clients can order Single Computer Licenses by sending purchase orders on company letterhead by fax or regular mail.

Note that online orders are processed automatically and therefore more quickly than orders placed by fax or mail. If you would still prefer to place an offline order, please include the following information:

• Quantity, Product Name, Product ID, Price.
  E.g. for ordering a Docklight single computer license:
  1 x Docklight - RS232 Terminal / RS232 Monitor (#157238) - EUR 49.00
• The e-mail address for order confirmation, invoice and delivery.
• The registration name of the licensee.
• Your billing address, phone number and fax.
